Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing Thundervolt Pedals. We take great care in building and packaging your gear to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Processing Time: Since every pedal is handcrafted, please allow [e.g., 3–5] business days for order processing and assembly before your order is shipped. Custom or bespoke builds may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery: We ship via [e.g., The Courier Guy / Pargo / Aramex]. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Delivery Estimates:
Local (Gauteng): 1–2 business days.
National (South Africa): 3–5 business days.
Note: These are estimates provided by our couriers and are not guaranteed, especially during peak holiday seasons.
International Shipping: no International shipping available at the moment.
Shipping Restrictions: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for all deliveries.
Lost or Damaged Items: While we package every pedal with protective materials, accidents can happen in transit. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at chrisdangerthundervolt@gmail.com immediately so we can coordinate with the courier.
