Refund policy

At Thundervolt Pedals, we stand by the quality of our handcrafted pedals. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

 Returns: If you are not satisfied with your pedal, you may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

 Condition: All returns must be in their original, pristine condition, including the original box, manual, and any included accessories. We cannot accept pedals that show signs of misuse, damage, or velcro on the underside.

 Exclusions: Due to the nature of custom builds or bespoke modifications, custom-ordered pedals are non-refundable unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

 Return Process: Please contact us at chrisdangerthundervolt@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.

 Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

 Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
